Information We Collect
When you browse our site or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by our payment partners — we never store full card numbers on our own systems. We also collect basic browsing data, like pages visited and device type, to help us understand and improve the site.
How We Use It
Your information helps us:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Send order updates and shipping notifications
- Respond to enquiries and support requests
- Send occasional newsletters — only if you've opted in
- Improve our website and product range based on browsing patterns
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features — like the cart — may not work properly without them.
Third-Party Sharing
We share your information only where necessary — with couriers to deliver your order, and with payment processors to complete transactions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information as safe as possible.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@remtem.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any newsletter we send.
