Content on this site — including product photography, descriptions, and Haroof letterform artwork — may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy — we confirm acceptance by email or SMS once the order is processed. We accept Cash on Delivery, major debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets (EasyPaisa, JazzCash) for online payment.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders will honour the price at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases including:
- Stock unavailability after an order is placed
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Intellectual Property
All designs, block-print artwork, Haroof letterforms, and photography on this site are the intellectual property of Remtem unless otherwise credited. Purchasing a product gives you the physical item — it does not transfer any rights to reproduce, resell, or otherwise commercially use the artwork itself.
Limitation of Liability
Remtem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
